Yeah so my authenticator died and now i can’t log into Battle.net. I like having the fob and want to stick with it if it’s possible. Anyone happen to know what i need to do? Can i change the e battery in it or do i have to buy a new one and contact blizzard support?

And they no longer sell them from what I can tell. You could try replacing battery but it may damage your authenticator (which is dead anyways... so i would try)

MAYBE you can pair some 3rd party authenticator - they work exactly the same - like SecurID 700

Also you can find those authenticators on like ebay or amazon but their battery will likely be close to dead anyway
