hi evryone i was using my jsp acount for last couple week evrything was fine until this morning i woke up put in my information like always... im 200% sure i have the right password and acount name But JSP decided they were no good anymore .... im not sure what to do from here anybody have advice for me

i DID Not forget password or acount name i have them and they 100% the right one JSP just wont let me login saying one or both password and incorect when in fact they are correct

so maybe you got hacked? Can still follow the steps above to try and recover it.

is there a customer service or some place i can talk with a admin or mod they must know what going on this bug have been reported many time lot of people claim they lost evrything and some claim the manage to recover it from the bug im just a 2week newbie on jsp i have no clue what to do now or can someone tag a admin to this post i have no clue what are my option here this site is extremly complicated

You can just reset the password. I do not see the problem. Who cares if you have the right password or not, the point is to get logged back in...

You #2 and #3 has your answer,

You can only recover your account through the account recovery feature,

try and include as many details as possible such as your Paypal account and previous purchases if you've purchased forum gold in the past, recent trades or fg transactions, last login location and such to aid with your recovery.
