Did they change the location of the Profile Background Image?

Right above your avatar, you should see; Viewing User Profile with a box. Click on the box and the settings will pop up.

If you want to change your profile background image, click on the pencil icon next to 'd2jsp Forums > Viewing User Profile ' in the top left corner of the page.

Hover your cursor in the area, or tap the area to make the pencil appear.
