Hello!

I just started to play D2 again and was about to check my d2jsp-account(Tinutrades).
Since i haven't played for a long time, i can't remember my password or gold password.
I tried to use the password recovery function, but from the first try it says "Your email request has already been sent. Please check your inbox and spam folder."
There is nothing in my inbox or spam folder and i never requested a reset before. I got this message from the first try on.
It's also unlikely that this is caused by my e-mail provider, since a) account name recovery worked flawlessly and b) got the error for pw recovery from the first try on.
The account recovery feature also didn't work and gives the same error.

What can i do?

Do you remember the email attached to that account? If it was hotmail, that's probably the issue.

Looks like i broke a rule by creating a new account and asking about the recovery of my main account. Sorry about that, but i did not see any other option how to proceed.
Yes, i still have access to the mail address of my main account.
I'm using "GMX", which is a european provider. As i said, the mail for account name recovery was received after a few seconds, but i was never even able to send a password recovery mail, because i got the error from the very first try.
