I went to asia server for dclone and now my characters are all autostuck on a keybind? even if i change the keybind it reverts back if i try to use a different spell? it goes from offline games to ladder to non ladder? I RESTARTED MY COMPUTER AND IT DIDNT FIX???

Try resetting all settings to default. If that doesn't work, try a repair on the game.
