I’m trying to play d2r with my sister for the first time, we’re both at my home.

We’re both in Europe but can’t join each others games

Help please! 10fg for the person who gets this fixed!

PS - we have already tried changing servers from Europe to americas with no luck

Just to confirm, you do have your seperate accounts that you're trying to join eachothers game from, and you both have D2R purchased on your individual accounts right?
/edit: And are you both trying to log-in from the same platform (e.g. PC or PSN)?

D2r is not cross platform

have you made sure that both chars are on the same realm (hc vs sc, ladder vs non-ladder) and the level cap doesnt cause problems?
