How do you see a user’s blogs?
Has this been removed from people’s profiles and relocated?

User Blogs to my knowledge have been removed completely - I believe you can still access them through the search feature in your profile.

You can see a user's existing blog posts by adding &c=4 at the end of the user's profile link. It's not possible to create blog posts anymore.
