a message from a jsp user cannot be read. when I click on the message an error message appears. Same as my topic title. so what is this?

maybe try reset your internet and go Log out from jsp. clear cookies. sometimes the simplest methods are the most effective

I can read all the messages. I only encounter the problem with 1 message from a jsp user.

what's the user name?

Sometimes they block messages containing links or references to certain third party websites.

If the user is banned you won't be able to read their messages anymore
