Cure - 40-60 Poison Res, Rune word

Is this headgear not suitable for making rune word?

You can only get one in non-ladder by trading one from ladder that rolls into Non-Ladder

The new Season 6 has started, is it possible to create Cure Rune Word non-leader now?

No. But you can buy it from someone that had it last ladder and its now transferred to non-ladder.
