I used to be able to. Now it tells me one or both of my passwords were entered incorrectly.

I can log in and out of my account on my desktop. Several different browsers, no problem. Typing in the passwords each time. Everything's fine. But on my phone, it won't let me. Am I the only one?

Have tried google chrome app, and brave's app for phone. Both give me this login error.

edit: issue was fixed by turning off my phone's vpn.

Are you sure you are entering the security code correctly? Sometimes the characters on the phone might throw you off, try a couple more times and be sure you are putting that security code in 100% correctly as shown.

Things to also look out for. Your time is correct for your time zone. And could be caps lock sensitive. I’ve also seen phones autocorrect passwords before so also look out for that.

Figured it out. The VPN. I turned off Proton VPN on my phone and was able to log in. Ah well. At least it's working. I use the VPN to stabalize my IP so I don't keep switching IPs while posting on various forums as I walk around during the day.

VPNs and proxies are not allowed on the site and will cause problems logging in.
