Happened along side the new changes to profile UI.
Not sure why.

Someone said if you put a &c=4 or something after your profile link you can find them.
The answer is in a topic that was made yesterday in this section, too lazy to find.

This is to find them, i do not think you can create new ones however.

As stated above, after the new profile update user blogs are now read only. You can also delete blogs but cannot edit or post new ones.

You can view them by typing &c=4 after a users profile link.
