upload image in to imgur.com > press ... at top right corner >>> get share links >>> bbc forums and copy paste taht 1 in to your topic. (if i remember correctly from my memory)

Or just copy the link it gives you and add .jpg to the end along with putting it inside the image brackets, ([im g])
