All US Banks and money transfer companies won't support this due to sanctions. There is one exception I saw online:



The only other way I can think of transferring funds is by doing it via a cryptocurrency method, but you would have to do research on if it is supported/legal for what you're trying to do.

No, currently it is not possible to send money from USA to Russia given the economic sanctions and the ongoing situation.

All US banks as well as money transfer companies that support sending money from the United States have suspended their operations when it comes to remitting funds to Russia.

The only exception to this is if you wanted to send funds to a US citizen in Russia who is under economic distress. In such cases, the US Department of State may be able to facilitate an emergency funds transfer. Your best bet in this case is to contact the government or engage help from the requisite foreign embassy in Russia.
