How are people held liable for them in the scammer accusation forums?

Screenshotting and documenting the agreements. Back in the day loans were not supported by JSP, I don’t know exactly when it changed

I misread the title, I’m not sure what I posted means anything but I’ll leave it up anyways

Loans are only an agreement between users. D2jsp does not support or recommend them

Yes I understand that, I was more asking how are people managing to get locked over not repaying loans when loans themselves are already against the site rules, but Textbook explained it perfectly in that link that Roneye posted
