Will a required level 79 diadem always roll 2 sockets with Lazruk?

Nope there is a 50/50 chance for 1 and 2 sockets.

Wait. this is a magic diadem and not rare right?

I imagine it’s rare with a 79 requirement but it’s been some time since I played.

3 socket if it's white one with larzuk
Magic has a chance to roll 1-2 with larzuk
Rare ones are always 1 socket with larzuk(as with uniques)

The magic ones that are 3os are also rolled that way with pgems and luck/tenacity or found that way in nature or found in npc vendors (jewelers/artisan magic prefix and whatever suffix you come across for life/fhr/fcr/ias/list goes on)

The 2os rares are one that were found/imbued with luck that way.
