No you can't it's not allowed.

If you mean RL items, this option is available on the Donor forum if you have access to it

The Scammer Accusations will handle almost any scam - we do this to protect the community from any malicious users (whether within the rules or not), this is our #1 concern. However, the behavior is still against the rules and dealt with accordingly.
To add to what said, the rules have NOT changed. This is strictly against the rules and both users in the case have received significant, harsh consequences for their actions.
