So i just started playing classic D2R ladder. I have a lvl 60 orb sorc and im trying to find a staff with +orb mod and i havent seen any staffs with lvl30 skill mods at all.

Im in A2 hell looking at drognan.

My question is can lvl 30 staff mods even appear in classic?
