Private messages will most likely not be taken actions against since you can just block that user… if the person posted the racist comments in your topic it’s another story.

As it is you can just ignore that person and block him. Problem solved.

Block the user keep the messages for evidence including any response you have with the user and inform a moderator through the jsp forum

Block the user. If they continue to send racist messages contact a Moderator or Senior Moderator
