first of all, no, this isnt a poor attempt at spam or flaming or anything. i genuinely wanted a fun question answered, can users with trusted tag get a warn (
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=102771403&f=34). now i wasnt even unclear, i very specifically asked what i wanted. i didnt ask CAN they get warn, i know in theory they can, i asked what happens to the tag when they do get warn
however, i didnt really get an answer from a higher up. what i got was:
post #2: "a trusted tag needs to know all the rules and watch that this doesnt happen" which is basically the same as "a congress member must follow the rule of law and never break it". yet you read about insider trading all the time. IT HAPPENS. so i didnt really get what i was looking for
post #3: okay yes this was an actual answer and honestly, made a lot of sense, but wasnt from an actual mod

sooo could i get an actual answer this time
specifically,
1) if a trusted tag gets a warn, does he have both trusted tag and warn or is the trusted tag removed? and
2) has this situation ever happened in jsp history and how did it go down and for the love of God, please no linking me the rules or giving me patronizing answers in passive tense like trusted tags are picked precisely because they are following the rules so they would never break them etc, because that doesnt answer the question unless it has actually never happened in the history of jsp (in which case fine i guess that does answer it, although heavily goes towards what post #3 said). if it happened, that means it can happen, so my question is, what happens then
and im sorry if this sounded like a rant because it wasnt
