you'll get a better answer from link above. I skipped cows when I was doing my 99's. I think it was like 200k per run iirc, but it still beats running baals.

Best off to host, tele n tp baal, then solo tz in full games. Hostile anyone in tz as theyre stealin valued exp. I did 180 Mil exp at 98 in one session using this method. As soon as waves die go make ng n tele during baal kill. Good host n tele keeps runs full and the tz will always be there so faster baal equals more exp edit 180 is 5-6 exp bar/10
