can some one explain to me exactly what the 2/3 rules mean?

You having a new account, low gold and low posts you’re gonna see it often if not wanting to give 1st.

it protects players who have used the site longer. A player that has traded for longer is extremely unlikely to risk his account getting banned just to get a free item off a small trade.

So far I havent seen too many scammers, but I just make sure to take screenshots of any big trade I make just in case I run into one. That way jsp can at least take action and ban that person
