I havent been suspended over a decade(or sth) , but i vividly remember that after suspension was over we had a message in our box with a link to our post where we break the rules. How else could we learn?

But out of the blue i got 1 hour timeoutj just now, but this time no pm or anything to explain what did I do wrong. Is this the new meta? How am i suppose to know what did I wrong and to not do it again?
