I've had an account since 2010, I have been trying to log in but I don't remember my informations. I tried the ''recover pw'' option, but when I typed my email it said it doesn't accept @hotmail accounts. I find this incredibly frustrating as I've had this account for nearly 15 years and can't seem to do anything to get it back. Is there an admin I could talk to?

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

I tried that multiple times, but when it says ''what email can we reach you at'' I put in the email I registered my d2jsp account on in 2010, and it says that hotmail accounts arent valid. I literally have the email from 2010 in my hotmail box from d2jsp.

The only one I have is the one I used to make this account to make this inquiry... now when I try to use it it says

''Please use an email that is not registered to an account here at d2jsp. Additionally, it is recommended to not use a yahoo or hotmail email account, as they are known for randomly blocking emails.
This is where all information pertaining to your recovery will be sent!''

It's completely illogical that I can't use the email on which I initially registered 13 years ago. I shouldn't have to make a new email account to recover my d2jsp account.

d2jsp has a problem with @hotmail. Just create an @gmail or other account, for example. so that the system can send you a link to the new address
