Clear cache as you did. Make sure there are no unnecessary extentions running, try again.

Turning off all extensions worked. Weird that the same extensions are enabled on my old laptop and I'm able to log in, but on the new laptop it causes issue.

You can try turning them off one by one to see which one is causing it. I would then compare the version to your old computer. I would suspect that you have an older version there. Likely new version is causing issues. If the version is the same you could try uninstalling that specific extension and then rebooting then reinstalling it.
