i tried posting a picture of my item but it just shows the url between 2 image tags

can someone help me fix this?

You need a minimum of 15 posts in order to embed images on d2jsp.
Once you have 15 posts you can follow this guide: How To Upload Your Images To D2jsp Using Imgur
