I am not receiving an email and I can't change pw..


What is the solution to this? I need to change my pw because I bought a new PC and I can't log in d2jsp account from it because I forgot my pw lol

And when I try to do that it won't let me use my hotmail.com email and this account is registered on a hotmail, I don't understand lol

If you remember the email address you created your account with, please enter it there. When recovering your account, you can also provide a new email address to which the message should be sent. follow the guide

I submitted account recovery, thank you for your help! It is just unbelievable to me that something simple as changing my pw via mail can't be done and that I have to conduct to account recovery...
