I've seen numerous people send me a PM, that is titled EXACTLY like a sales topic, with the same heading.

I've tried to look for where that option/button is, on the sales topic, to post an individual directly, so it opens a new PM with the topic of the post, as the subject in the pm.. but I can't find it?

How does that work?

While you're in a topic you can click on the icon by a users post count to open a quick PM pop-up which auto populates the PM subject with the post title.
