It's 3 until your reports get reviewed. No set amount of time. Just depends on when someone gets to them.

I am not sure about a max amount of reports, as I do not see it documented anywhere in the rules.

However, are you reporting a significant amount of posts? If so, it may be better (if they are from the same user/in the same subforum) to group the posts and just PM a staff member that
handles that area as opposed to reporting every single topic/post.

It's like 4 reports it seems, your que gets cleared upon review.
This is all speculation, sounds right though.
