When you edit a post and ^ someone - do they get a notification? Or does an edit not trigger that.

The notification will only be received when the tag is in the original post, the user will not receive a notification if you add the tag by editing the post.

and just fyi, this also goes for adding in a quote to an edited post. That will also not trigger the notification for that user.
