hi,

if you dual wield and you have excessive ias points remaining from ur main weapon,

does that transfer over to the second weapon?

i.e.) u got 40ias grief with 20ias glove. about excessive 17ias is remaining as it hits the breakpoint.
would that 17ias transfer over to the next wep?

or, is the new patch now making dual wield as average ias from both? think i read that somewhere but not sure.
