How do i show people screenshot of something?

cause copy past dont work do i have to dowload something to post screenshot here ?

I usually upload whatever pic to Imgur and copy the embed link to post on here.

As post #3 pointed out, uploading images to Imgur is a very popular method. The guide that is listed there is very detailed and easy to follow.
Here are two additional methods that you might find useful:

1) If you have a Customer Enabled or access to Donor Forum - you can upload images much easier and quicker directly from your clipboard. More information can be found here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=83903674&f=28
2) If you are uploading from your mobile device, I personally prefer to use https://imgbb.com. It allows you to copy the BBcode a little bit easier than Imgur if you are using a cellphone.
