I'm having trouble adding more friends to my profile?

Some people have like a full page of friends in there profile , I know it costs fg but where in the heck do ya buy this?

If you are looking to purchase additional friend slots for your profile, click on manage friends at the bottom of your friend list:

I noticed this after I went to the approve page.
