when i plug them in, the sound still comes out of laptop box.

why is it like that?

this are the 4 options i have but whatever i klick, its still comes out of the laptop.

maybe the headspeaker broken?

Does your laptop register the headphones as an audio output?
Rightclick the speaker icon on the right side of your taskbar and choose 'Sound-Einstellungen öffnen'.
Check if you can choose them from the drop down menu named 'Ausgabegerät auswählen'.



You could also try to use them on a different device to see what results you get there.

You could also try to reboot your laptop and see if that fixes the issue.

Is this a headset with an integrated microphone that you connect via USB or is just a headphone connected via some kind of jack plug?

Make sure to set this to Kopfhörer or Headset, depending on which kind of device you are using:


Also make sure that you did not diable the headphones in your sound management settings by accident:

I don't have teamviewer but if you need help finding these settings thats not a problem.

The first menu should pop up again when you unplug the device and plug it back it, make sure to put it in the headphone jack and not the one for microphone.
Choose the correct type of device



To check if you the device is enabled right click on the sound icon in your task bar again and choose 'Sounds', then click the tab 'Wiedergabe'.
Disabled devices might not be visible by default, just right click somewhere in that tab and make sure 'Deaktivierte Geräte anzeigen' is enabled.
