Lots of variables at play here.
What are the specs of your PC?
Do other games give you the same symptoms?
Are you hardwired to the internet or on WiFi?

Speccy is a good tool but there are many system information tools you can install to get a detailed hardware list of your PC.
I'd suggest searching in a search engine " Free system information tools"
Downloading the tool mentioned above, take a screen shot of the list it gives you, and post it in this thread.

If other games are fine, granted they are decently graphic intensive it would seem to go in hand with your hardware being fine.
I'd like to see the specs of your PC before I would ultimately land on that judgment though.

ANother troubleshooting step would be below.
You could also open up task manager (Ctrl-Alt_Del > Task Manager >Performance) on your PC, and when D2R crashes take note of any oddities that happen. Example: disk writing maxes to 100%, Network spikes, RAM usage spikes etc etc

I bolded the part that would be beneficial to the rest of us trying to solve your problem.
The rest is information is for you to help solve the problem with us

If you don't want to read it or ask questions on which part is confusing you, I guess "Just buy a new PC" would be my advice.
Have a good one!

The problem is most likely your integrated graphics card with the machine, lower the display settings or if its too much for your computer play in legacy graphics

Here are D2r's recommended hardware settings to be able to play it.
Anything that outperforms the right column of harware would be acceptable as well.

UEFI's post is another troubleshooting step.
Try lowering the graphics in game from whatever it is now to "Very Low" and see if that helps solve the problem.
Also try switching to legacy graphics by pressing "G" in game to see if that solves the problem.
