If someone insults you in a topic, just press the report post button and move on. Don't react to taunts, it's the best thing you can do. Each report is checked by the staff team. Unfortunately, PM and Discord are not moderated, so block the user.

ignore the user. block them from PMing you on the site and ignore their posts on the forums.

You can also report the posts (if they occur on the forums), if this is a documented pattern of harassment you can gather the links and send them to any Moderator or higher

The best thing you can do here is to ignore the unwanted behavior and do not buy into it.
In discord, you can mute a person (not see their messages).
To do this, simply right click the users name in discord and then select to mute them.

If the issue moves to JSP, report the posts and do not engage.

Block them, ignore them
Remember, words cannot hurt you
It makes them more mad by ignoring them than actually replying to them
Eventually they will give up from frustration
