I am auto logged in my jsp acc for years now on my phone and my old pc. Now I bought a new pc and realized I got no damn clue about which mail I registered in 2008 and even if I would know this email wouldnt even exist anymore since no login over 15 years … same with the pw for this account.

If admin or mods would check my network or location ip they should see its obv me still just with a new mac id since a new device aka pc …

I already did this account recovery request but i got denied …

Isnt there any way i can get my details from mod/admins or reset details or whatsoever since i 100% can proof with id / picture or whatever activity happend in my acc im using since ages?! I mean its fine i atleast can be active on phone (like i do rn) but its rly painful to do trades, chats and research via phone ibstead of pc :/

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

Might be dumb advice, but did you check keychain (if iOS) or chrome saved passwords if it might be stored in there somewhere?
If you have been logged in for 15 years you must have had quite a few phones since then, the password must be stored somewhere if you can still log in with phone.

I did yes, but it doesnt even show jsp on phone anyhow.

Probably because as i once entered pw and marked in jsp stay logged in or so?!

And about the tools u posted im scared if i reset pw tool i wont wven can login anymore on phone lol.

Have you tried to recover your email? There are steps you can take for example go to the site you used as email (yahoo for example) and do a “forgot my email” recovery. A lot of instances along the way there’s ways to recover a forgotten email, such as you could have logged your phone number and it’ll shoot you a link via text to recover email. Ect. Give that a try. If you don’t know what site you used I would research them all that you can remember.

Due to such high FG I'd PM a staff member if you can off load that FG to them to hold while you figure this situation out. Maybe provide them with an email address you have access to that you can email them information and/or maybe setup some sort of Discord or alternate method of communication? Thats a lot of FG to have on an account you can't access in the event you clear cache / cookies / lose access to that PC / phone.

So if you decide to buy a new phone now, you cant use jsp anymore?
