You had the correct answer in the previous topic.

The only way to contact properly with administration is using the recovery tool. The tool is going to guide you through particular questions that admins can verify, so be sure you add all the information you remember (even if you don't have access to your old email).

Your question has been answered multiple times. The account recovery tool is the ONLY solution for you to recover your old account. Include as much info as possible in there.

Now that your question is answered again, please do not make another topic pertaining to this matter as you know what you have to do.

If it failed to help you that means you didn’t have enough supporting information to retrieve your account.
Something’s you can try to add to the recovery tool to help retrieve your account: (keep in mind this does not guarantee you retrieve your account back)
Picture id
Credit cards you would have purchased Fg with
Address your account was made/used at
IP address
ISP used
Etc.

Unfortunately, if you can’t retrieve your account based on lack of info given then there isn’t much that can be done.
