i've asked them to send me the email to reset the password like normal however it's not sending. I dont know what to do i have a lot of gold that needs to be used


please help

If you have forgotten your gold password, try using this Gold Password Recovery tool: https://forums.d2jsp.org/gold.php?a=2

Once you have tried resetting your password and waited for, at least, 20 minutes, and checked all of the folders in your email (spam/junk, etc), then you can use the account recovery tool instead: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

When attempting the recovery try to provide as much accurate information as possible.
