I wanna create a shop for selling items in d4, how can I merge all the photos like this guy did?
any easy way to do it?

Any basic image editing software is capable of achieving this.
Create a new file with a large canvas, import all the screenshots of your items and save it as an image file.
Optionally add background layer and prices with the text tool.
Depending on which software you have available you can find tutorials on YouTube if needed.
Gimp2.0 is a good free option if you don't have Photoshop for example.

gimp is fucking terrible

id recommend https://www.photopea.com/ or just use ms paint..

This.
I usually just use MS Paint (the preinstalled paint application) for making larger image lists like this.

Just make a new sheet, past the background, and put paste your items in.
