This depends on what kind of post, normally a post can be edited for up to 30 minutes. This can be extended to 1 hour with customer perks and up to 2 hours for verified members.
The first post in a trading topic in the Diablo trading grounds for example can be edited for 3 days (5 days as a customer, 7 days as a verified member).
When you edit the first post in a trading topic the edit time resets.
