So I take pics of items i want to trade on my iphone then upload it from it but the images uploaded is massive. I tried editing it in photos app to make it smaller but it doesnt work. Is there another app i can dl from app store to recrop the size of photos from iphone without needing to use computer?

You can try downloading "Compress Photos & Pictures" from app store and see if it works for you. I have used it in the pass to compress photo sizes.

Also, which image hosting website are you using from your phone? I would suggest trying imgbb.com. Never had any issues with upload sizes when I used it in the past.

I just click the photo icon on the farthest right and click upload image from phone library and it automatically uploads my image with a imgur link

That's the customer perk enabled uploading I believe. I would give imgbb.com a try to see if it would solve your size issues.

ok ill give it a try, i upload a image there and copy the link? do i need to put *[IMG ] myself or just copy and paste works?
