I believe a certain d2jsp account was sold/bought, based on their dramatically different post history.
However I'm unsure how to gather evidence for the staff to prove what i've observed.

Purchase the records of past posts with both accounts and find threads with good examples to support your claim.

just put it into the multi report tool with as much info as you can.
i imagine if they bought an account it wouldnt be very easy to tell what their multi is unless jsp has a very long database list of IPs attached to accounts.
