I was playing d4, than it kicked me and i was offline.

checked internet for help, now i am here.

i deleted the battle.net app, downloaded it again. it looks the same.

i dont know what that means, i tried to start the game and some how i am ingame but my friend list is offline

I'm unable to connect at all..

Apparently Blizz is working on a fix, on my app it says they are having issues with authentication server.
