I got a new phone and tried to log in to my account and failed. Requested account recovery but was denied. What do I do after?

All my computers are already in, so I can write here. I always only used gold password so I know that and forgot about the regular password. Tried to reset but never got that email.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

If you have access to your email you can request a password change.

Other wise not really much can be done

Thank you I will try it. Can I move my fg to my buddys account in the meantime? I don't want to try to change password and get locked out or something. Or is that not allowed?

When using the account recovery link, there is no way to get locked.

Thank you. Just submitted again. Not sure why password reset email isn't coming through and only account recovery is coming through. It would be much easier if i just reset the password thought my email. Thank you for the help!
