I am an (very) old player and have tried to recover #1 before without success.

I created a new account, a couple of years back and this #2 account is also not able to be recovered.

Need personal assist plz.

There is only one way I know how to and that's retrieving old account via email

and when i do so i get the message: this account could not be retrieved
