If you feel like someone is violating the rules in any way, you can report the offending posts and it gets reviewed by the appropriate staff team
Not every action is something that you can see like a warn or a banner on the post, just because you can't see action being taken does not mean nothing is happening

If you feel like something is severe enough, you can collect up links and send them to a staff member that oversees that section
