i m a 2008 member with a lot of posts, but i still can only post every 60 or 30 sek.

i am not spamming or flooding the forum, but i would like to bump my 3 threads once they are ready to bump. why do i have to wait so long?

is there a chance to reduce it to 5 or 10 sek to prevent double posts?
