is that allowed? I have like 70m in diablo 4, how do I trade / interact with people? Do I just add them and hope they don't scam me? How is the community? Is this the unwritten haven of actual good people like an Amish community?

About the trading grounds / steam; Yes, you can make wealth in trading grounds and then buy steam/bnet balance in their respective subforums. Be sure you always read the subforum stickies to be sure what is legal/illegal.

she is at work right now, im off on Sundays. Also, people who are in a thing and tell u about a thing generally have rose glasses, im skeptical of things if it involves real money. I bought about $6k in graphics card when ethereum was peaking 3.5-4.4k last winter and now they're sitting in my closet...

So why are you even here if you're that skeptical? also, can you not text?

My personal recommendation would be for you to read through that sticky, get accustomed to the forums for a bit and then make the decision based on your own impression.

Yes it's possible to trade your d4 gold for fg and ultimately your fg for steam games or balance. There is a seperate forum for it, it's legit and as far as I know these trades can also be mediated by d2jsp staff, so there's no chance of being scammed. I say "as far as I know", because I haven't personally traded for steam balance on d2jsp. I do know for a fact though that trades in a similar forum where battlenet balance can be traded are mediated, so I'd assume that's also true for steam.

Having said that, reading the sticky on top of every trade forum you'd like to engage in is always a good idea. It contains all relevant information for you in a few sentences.
