I'm total tilted.
I got d2jsp account from 2014, but i forgot password.

I have access to the email i create this account, i still have the register proof email from 2014.
But when i use the "forgot password" here ( they supposed to send me a link to change password) i don't receive any email.
When i do bigger setup to recover account, the mail bot tell me Account Recovery for "account name" Rejected.

When i use this tooltip to reset password from another new account, i receive the email, but not on my main account..
Anyone can help me ? How can i get the email?

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

If your account was created via a hotmail email account this could very well be the issue as d2jsp no longer supports hotmail accounts due to emails being blocked and such ( This could be your issue in why you aren’t receiving emails in regards to forgotten password. This happened to me when I tried resetting my password for my 2011 created account.
