i have a guy who has been constantly spamming on my posts and getting them closed due to "off-topic" posts in the thread while im trying to sell stuff. i was wondering if there was any way to talk to a mod or admin about this. i also have a personal message from him with personal attacks in it. any help or direction on where to go to get this resolved would be great.

Looks like it’s happening in the trade forums, simply report the posts and move on, if the user is following you around and still harassing you, gather the posts and PM a trade moderator on this list - https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=25

Remember responding to spam is also considered spam so try to avoid doing so.

As for the private messages, block the user, and ignore him.

Collect all your topics for and send to one of the trade moderators. Describe in detail the situations that your topics are closed because of his spam. As for private messages, unfortunately they are not moderated. Block the user as Krawk advises you in the post above.

If he tries to bypass the block, for example by sending you fg and insulting you in the gold log comment, in such a situation, report to the moderator and inform about the attempt to bypass the block
